BTW I think simoke green isn't good for those alloys. It yellows the clearcoat. I seen it happen to the same set or rims I bought from my friend a while back.

Yea, it kinda does. Hopefully not for long though. I'm working out some mental kinks on what color I want. I've got it pretty much figured out, I just wanna see a swatch in person.

yes, thanks all for the love. not much of a welcome back though... since i never left, i just have a cb again and i luuuuuuv it. i cant complain about a 230whp a/t, but i did so miss the 5spd.


here is a quick night/flash shot of a wheel i mag polished. this is just after a single quick coat, it was dark... but i had to try it out.

it looks alot better already, although where the clear is just eaten away, the polish really brings out the flaws. i might just end up sanding them down and trying to polish again... or just paint them. not sure yet.
