yeah no rust!! the bumper cutout WAS for intercooler...i was saving money and doin wat i could to ready my car for the boost but one day i was goin down a road that was bein fixed... big ass rock in the middle of the road knocked my oil plug off...didnt know it until i went to work and lockd the engine...
