Nope.:

Cant find an oem muffler thats not cut nor rusted dont wanna pay to have it welded cost to much where I live. and no funds for tires

needs to be Reg and insured with up to date tags

And I have to take proof of DMV records saying its smoged and tagged so I cant put a fake plate on

well il be there tommorow so anything that needs to be done do it fast as fuck!!! I am only going to be there for like 4 hours and if youre not gona get the car running then we need to take off all suspension parts and leave the shell on bricks so they wont take the cloud easily.
