I finally got around to finishing this retro. I installed it today, alignment is ok, for now. This is my jdm onepiece 1992/1993 honda accord with retrofitted 2005 ap2 clear lense s2000 projectors, along with ap2 shrouds. I spent about 1 month on and off working total of about 30hr labour. This is my frist attempt at retrofitting.
Have learned a lot, and am currently working on a jdm 92/93 fog light retro.

Heres some pics of the jdm onepiece with s2000:

that's my headlights when I got them :bangh:

    s2000 projectors

    opening them up

    complete :evillaugh:

matsu gen 3 ballast, and koito 4900k oem

On the 2 pictures of the light cutoff on the wall looks like the steps are one on top of the other?

Steps have to be at the same distance than the distance of the projector lenses from headlight to headlight, if that distance is 4 feet the steps should be at 4 feet as well, besides one of them is higher than the other one and they should be at the same height.

        Let me know any questions.

Can you post a couple pictures of the rear of headlights?
Did you keep the whole projector inside of headlight?
Are you using the headlight back covers or had to build new ones?

Considering that everyone said it wouldnt work, I say 100% AWESOME...

A little alignment and they will be perfect.

the reason it looks like that is because remember the jdm housing has lines though it so it distorts and messes with the original look of the s2000, I can only replicate so much.....

yeah the steps really close in the picture at like 2.5 feet I have since moved them more out, at about 3.5 feet now.... still working on fine adjustments, got to take it for a 3hr drive today about 300km, rode good lots of pot holes and bumpy roads, and my stiff supension ride my teins ss on 16 all day it was good, flicker must be annoying but haven't gotten high beamed so they are aimed good.

I did keep the whole projector inside, yes.

I am using the jdm stanley rubber covers, I had to slit them because of my ballast connector is large matsu gen 3 ballast.

yeah fine tuning, man its crazy driving on the highway I lit up like 3 lanes of traffic lol haha its wide and intense, and yeah considering what I read before haha lol

            pics:

s2k shrouds matching driver and passenger for each side.

I love my cb coupe decal ftw!

the back of the housing is flush with the rear of the projectors, honestly it looks oem.... lol if you look at fliplyricist retro he had to cut the top portion of the plastic cause I guess thats how the tsx sits in there, I haven't touched it only thing is a bit of the plastic melted from sitting on it in the oven no damange though just marks... looking for a pic will post it up asap
