on ebay i saw those aluminum small radiators for 80 bucks, are these okay?? they come with a small/thin electric fan...any advice on these? these are for civics, will they be able to fit the cb?

I'd just get nice civic radiator with a good fan on it...that one looks cool though but the fan laying on top of it doesn't even look lik eyou can mount it on their lol
