Previous owner meticulously maintained it! This car was her baby! She owned it since 1994, having all work done at Honda until 2005. She even has most of the repair receipts! And it's almost completely rust free!

Broken Headlight (Replaced)
OEM Keyless entry (with key!)
Yakima Roof rack as needed with bike attachments, wheel carriers, kayak bars, Thule cargo box.
Painted over spot of rust and rear inner fenders with Rust Bullet. Hoping to keep the rust at bay.

The money I get from selling my sedan (hopefully sold within the week!) will go directly into improving the longevity of the wagon: fix that tiny bit of rust, get the car undercoated at Ziebart, and get some WeatherTech rubber floor-mats. Any left over money will go into suspension. (Gotta love Honda OEM shocks/springs which surprisingly AREN'T blown).
