thanks mikey i appreciate the feedback im sorry i made you mess up your pants lol black on black is where its at. i need a couple more things and my interior should be complete im about 70% there just need carpet rear bottom bench and front seats, i should be picking up the black recaros in a couple of weeks .

I didnt have the tool with me to take of the seat cover off at the time so i went the next day and somebody took it out the car and dragged it thru the dirt so it got beat up i was like NO!!!!! but o well ill find one soon.

update 3/15/12

car went man down again the intake manifold gasket blew and the coolant started pooring on the floor good thing this happen as i was pulling into my driveway. i got the car towed to my brothers dealer he only works like 5miles from my house.

i told my brother to replace anything that needs to be fixed so far he has done
timing belt
recall retainer
all the timing side seals
intake manifold gasket
dizzy o-ring
power steering pump reseal
power steering pump belt
alt belt
valve adj.
retrofit kit for the ac because the backyard mechanic disconected my ac to replace the motor so no more r12 for me

and he will be doing the rear main tomorrow, i also got to hit up the junkyard and get the lower timing belt cover because the backyard mechanic didnt secure it and it got chewed up and the pcv valve (thanks hector) is also broken

i think the lower timing cover is a common problem on all accords. it rubs on the timing belt. So it could have been the mechanic putting it on right, and that was what was caused. Mine was on right and i had to cut a hole on the exact same spot.

when my brother replaced my water pump he said it was still good so it must have happen when the backyard mechanic worked on it he left all kinds of shit loose, one dizy bolt was missing the timing was off, tranny bolt was loose barely on, scatter shield is missing now, broke all kinds of clips my cruise control doesnt work anymore, my radiator doesnt sit right anymore he took off the rubber supports at the bottom so i had to get new ones, theres a bunch of stuff my brother has to fix now because of that mechanic

yeah i know he didnt want to refund me some money so i called city code enforcement and they should be shuting him down or giving him a fat fine for having a shop out of his house and not dumping coolant and oil properly.

i picked some stuff up today i got the lower timing belt cover, scatter shield, SE Black Handbrake and some plastics that go behind the seat i forgot to get last time i went to the junkyard
