My First Car, I'm 18 (when i started I was 15) and this my daily driver CB7, aka Jasmine. I planned on keeping it as a daily driver but now I have been inspired to do a full race build. I bought her for $1150 in "drivable" condition on August 5, 2011. She needed alot of work (i was told by my mechanic AFTER i bought it) but the seller said it just needed AC servicing. Will post progress and updates.

08/13/11- Replaced leaking coolant hose & put on new battery clamps.
08/15/11- Put on LED license plate lights from eBay.
08/16/11- Installed Fram air filter.
08/28/11- Valve Cover Gasket Replaced.
08/30/11- Transmission Drain & Fill.
09/03/11- Tune up (Spark plugs and idle timing set).
09/04/11- Replaced Valve Cover Gasket (AGAIN).
09/13/11- New Valve Cover (Painted Lime green).
09/20/11- New PCV Valve grommets for both covers.
09/24/11- New Distributor cap, rotor, and ignition wires.
10/11/11- New Radiator installed.
10/13/11- New Amber LED corner lights
10/27/11- New By-Pass hose installed.
10/28/11- New Fuel Filter installed.
10/28/11- New blacked out dome light lens.
10/31/11- New black housed Clear corners installed
11/05/11- Painted OEM grille matte black w/ tinted Honda emblem.

07/30/12- Timing belt, balance shaft belt, water pump & front passenger lower ball joint installed.
08/07/12- Oil changed, tires rotated, fluids checked.

08/09/12- Did a leak down & conpression test (10% & 210)
08/10/12- Adjusted front legend lip to fix sagging.

The abs works great and idk about the mats I'm just going from what the guy told me. I have some maroon ones in the back as well.

Having a tan interior you can easily upgrade to a tan leather interior ( the most common color for OEM leather in north america )

Really? Haha idk cuz im not sure on how to get the like sun cancer crap and the driver door is starting to rust at the top. And all 4 doors look like a different green than the oem Arcadia Green. So I was gonna paint it like a Sonic Blue Pearl or the OEM Black for 10th Ann's. Haha so would I need just to have someone do like a touch up or would I need a new arcadia green paint job?

I noticed that my engne had a coolant leak and i just fixed that and bought some battery clamps and now i need to see about my antenna today. Also gonna see how much its gonna be to repaint the entire car in the Stock Arcadia Green color but i was thinking about maybe havng the entire thing the OEM Granada Black and have the interior reupholstered black cloth or maybe leather. Thoughts???
