I'll post up pics when I get the suspension on and aligned in the next few days.

I put stock rims and tires on and have new tires 205/55/R16 on order for my MB Motorsports black with chrome lips.

Then I'm buying a beater and pulling the F22A6 for a rebuild (got a mystery oil leak I'm chasing) and then doing body work. So it might be a while until my CB7 is done and I post more pics up. After the rebuild I'm throwing on a 1st gen DSM turbo and calling it a day.

Sold my H22A last night for $650 (I wanted more).

Jarrett, got the rear mount on by removing the intake manifold, what a pain in the ass, had to unbolt the front and rear mount then use a come-a-long on a tree to tilt the motor enough to get it out/in and my new passenger side mount should be here tomorrow.

Another incremental update. I traded the MB rims for another H22a4 that is in sad shape. I'm in the process of building a shopping list for the motor. I have been replacing everything on the car that I can afford, even if it looks like it doesn't need it. I'll try and upload some photos later of some of the progress. So I plan to get a transmission from Jarrett and pair that with the H22A4. I have also been restoring my stock rims, body work has been put on hold while I locate another DD, my Dodge Spirit beater spun a bearing . I drive 45miles one way for work daily, so it is hard to get a cheap DD that will last long. The list of parts I have put on the car is super long and eventually I'll update the first post. I can't even go into detail on what all I have done on it lately without feeling like I'm writing a book.

Pulled the motor and fixed some oil leaks, here is some eye candy.

          Some old parts:

My H22A4 that I've got in the engine stand as of Last week:

Front ingalls camber kit and UCA with poly bushings H&R springs and Koni struts installed:

Wheels look good. I'm redoing mine and it is taking forever but they are starting to look good.
Which ingalls kit did you get and what size shim did you use in the back?

              Thanks
              Steve

thanks steve, I'll be polishing them more tomorrow. I hope to have new photos up soon, been really busy.

I'm using ingalls anchor kit in the front and 1/8 inch shim in the rear. Sorry for poor typing, I'm on my tablet.

When I finish the polishing I'm going to repaint the dark cutouts and reclear to prevent oxidation.

If your going to repaint. I think it would be easier to use paint stripper. I sanded the hell out of mine last weekend and they look ok still not done. But I have no fingerprints. It was a bitch. I used a dremel for the deep stuff.
Nice engine too. Good luck. Ill be watching for the wheel photos. I thought about using graphite on the holes but decided to keep it the color it was. I was going to clear them too. But I bought some metal polish and just shined them up. Its prob more work to maintain with no clear. But I like the look.

Paint stripper removed the clear coat layer but not the oxidation, also I'm just refreshing the darker parts with the graphite paint. The clear will go on after I polish and buff to lock out oxidation. aluminum exposed to air oxidates, you have to abrasively remove oxidation. It's much better to just polish and clear and then clean often than to have to use abrasives, less material lost the better.

Nope, no struggle. An extra pair of hands help a ton. I used self tapping screws and drilled a pilot hole first.

My new rimz, tires are 205/55R-16 Hankook Ventus I had laying around. I'll post updates later in the week once I finish a few things on the ride.

I needed to put these rims on to finish my polish job, then rebalance the OEM wheels and will store these with the Hankook tires for a few months. Next summer I expect to get to the track.

Tracks I like in the area, I use to ride my Kawi 636 on these:

                            Eagles Canyon Raceway Slidell, TX
                            GrandSport Speedway Hitchcock, TX
Harris Hill Road San Marcos, TX
                            Lonestar Motorsports Park Sealy, TX
                            Motorsport Ranch Cresson, TX
MSR Houston Sugar Land Road Course Angleton, TX
                            Texas Motor Speedway Justin, TX
Texas World Speedway College Station, TX
