Nice pick up on the beater!
Besides the tore up seats I like the interior.

      Thanks!
I'm not a leather fan, but even thought there ripped I can't tell when sitting in them. lol!
I hate the fake wood trim, but its on there good and I don't feel like messing with it. Maybe during the summer I will attempt to rip it off.

I still love my cb9, it's just sad that the death of it had to be rust. I hope you find one with little to no rust.

Lucky you. I'm having bad luck with craigslist.
I might just have to look somewhere else for one.

                      Anyways, nice find.

                        Thanks!

Well, this car might look nice but has a butt load of problems. Lots of rigging going on. Like I have to redo the timing belt or find a way to get the timing right. When my door is open and NO keys are in the ignition the car beeps like it would if the keys where still in it.
leaks oil from the distributor I think and the ABS light is on.
This also has lots of rust (probably not surprised being a MN car), the windshield leaks too. Might just silicone the windshield where its leaking to fix that.
Damn car gets 175 miles to the tank! (when gas light comes on)
I wont fix any of this till my Cappuccino has the 5 speed swap done, which should be this spring/summer. I need to get that done so I can junk the CB9.

Damn, that's a lot of problems you have to go through.
I bet you got it for a pretty good price though.
Have fun doing the 5 speed swap.
Are you going to be using the ESP mounts?

I picked up the coupe for $500!

I dont know if I'm gonna use the ESP mounts yet, I herd it takes some time for them to make them and ship them out. I dont know what other choice I have, so most likely I will. Gonna have to find some buddies local to help with the swap, and knowledge. I'm gonna try and have everything ordered and ready before hand. I gotta find a new or different lines for the I think clutch lines that bolt on the firewall. There is no way the ones on the CB9 are gonna come off without harming them. lol

                              500? Damn.
The 5spd swap is actually easy. Did it to my first cb7 and had a lot of fun doing it.
The hard part about the swap are the pedal assembly. You have very little space to work with.
ESP does take a long time. Look at Kao (sequence), it took him a while to get his motor mounts.
