Trunk vent (which the gasket around it was leaking) and a hole covered by electrical tape in an effort to seal a leaking trunk. I later found that this hole was for one of the sunroof drains that had popped out of place. It is now installed correctly and no more electrical tape.

    Nice and purrrrdy platform.

Umm, you mentioned (to do) shorter shifter but yet appears you already installed Lude shifter and base plate?!?!

Or did you forget you already swapped it out?

    Keep it nice and clean.

I guess I should of specified short shift adapter, although JTC customs makes a short shifter.

      Thanks

Using this great set of instructions here: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=199867

This is how it started out:

After cleaning the nastiness of 20 years of crud and re-greasing everything, the window works like new. The rest of the day was spent doing some bit of upholstery:

I used some scrap tubing I had laying around to see what size would fit. Need to go and get some.
