Looks awesome! i always wanted to do this with my old accord. You should get a couple off road lights for the bull bar!

      ^This.

An led light bar would be awesome and low profile mounted on the push bar.

I figured you'd want to see this if you haven't already.

This dude welds a pipe to the bottom of his struts to get extra clearance.

Ya I saw this awhile ago. This would work for the front but no way for the back at all! Atleast not 100% safe anyways. I think I'm just gonna get from spacers for the strut towers in the spring. But I really just want a CRV to really go off roading!

And hey man you gotta update your MRT

I really like this build. If you want to talk about originality, well you definitely hit the nail on the head.

How much ground clearance does this give you?

Mudding huh? Last thing you need before you go full redneck is a confederate flag on the rear window.

As unconventional as this is, I like it.
Be unique, like every other person.

Not sure how much clearance I have but I can go places that my subaru outback has ground clearance issues. I'll check tomorrow tho and let you know. But it will be lifted another 2 inchs by summer so we're see. But I need a LSD bad!

I just enjoy bringing my cb on long road trips and not being scared to go down a muddy road on the way. It's mostly the rat rod look with a lift

What roof rack is that? I want to get one, but not a 8594$ Thule. I'm planning on using old skateboars for the wind visor. Thinking about putting arms on it so it can fold over the windshield as a sun visor too.

It's a Thule and was made for a 90-93 accord coupe. It doesn't have claws for the rear bar. And the basket is one off ebay but I got it off Craigslist for ten bucks!

                            I like your skateboard idea

How much has this effected the alignment of your axles, control arms and such?

What happened to the push bar?

Not much at all really. I thought I'd have postive camber as well but it was in spec when the alignment was done. But when I add the 2 inch spacers I'll need a camber kit I'm sure.

But the push bar is in my basement at the moment, I had to push my moms 93 accord last week across town because her alternator died. It ended up bending the bar a little so I took it off to straighten it.
