Haven’t been in an Accord since 2013 and let me tell you, it’s like a blast from the past. After my Accord sedan was totaled by a hit and run in 2013, I picked up a 2004 Acura TL and drove that until 2016. I then decided it was time to get a more family friendly setup and got a 2016 F150. Love it to death and still drive it daily. Now in 2020, I have a job that requires around 1,000 miles a month in driving, so I used that as an excuse to look for a daily beater, and of course the number one option in my head was to pick up a 4th gen Accord.
This is my sixth Accord, my fifth 4th gen Accord, and my first wagon.
My plan is to use this mainly as a work commuter. Regular maintenance will be done and as things need replaced, they will be replaced with top-shelf parts.
Purchased on 3/11/2020 for $1,000 with 264,615 miles and a clean Oregon title. It is 100% stock and looks like it was used as a highway commuter. Interior is near flawless, manual 5 speed transmission shifts flawlessly, and air conditioning blows cold. For the price I am very pleased and hope I get a lot of miles out of it.
