Beautiful CB7! I was curious what you used to get your wheels so clean? The same Mothers polish you mentioned earlier? A step by step would be greatly appreciated. The wheels on my car have some sort of goo on them & I have tried everything to get them clean.

well, i never let them get dirty to start. i use this sometimes:

they don't make it anymore, but you can still get it from suppliers www.mothers.com

you can use the mag and aluminum polish on your wheels, but they have a clearcoat on them. the mag and aluminum polish was made for bare metal. you could also use:

the clearcoat on the wheels is different from the clearcoat on your panels. the coating on the wheels is plasticized, so you could use plastic polish on them as well.
            another option is this:
            with this:

goo? like tar or like a soapy residue? i would wash them then start buffing them with one of the polishes above. you will get results with any of them. later.

The polished stuff under the hood looks awesome. Did you do all the work on that yourself? If so do you have any tips on how to do it? You seem to have really done your homework on how to keep your car looking clean and shiny.
