I noted you even kept the OEM battery cover/shield. I dug one up and matched it back to mine from the yard. How do they fixed cracked leather (I noted you had leather work done).
Did the PO fill the holes on the trunk from that spoiler? I thought there should be a high mounted brakelight regardless (just that it shouldn't be on with the factory spoiler harness). Does that car still have the wiring? If you have that and the trunk springs, you could revert back.
woohoo another sexy looking coupe! i love the fact that SE coupes don't have that third brake light on the rear deck (but rather on the spoiler, which you don't have). makes it look much cleaner but where is your 3rd brake light now? be careful as having that light is very important. otherwise your car is pure cleanliness on those GT3s. are they green? my screen is funky.
also i feel you on being OCD on the car...i'm the same way unfortunately.
mrvinyl33 - i'm still not sure exactly how he fixed it, but its re-cracking and yes the previous owner filled the holes. i like it without the spoiler though. as for the wiring for the third brake light, I believe the spoiler wiring is there but no wiring for the regular rear window light. thanks!
timmy0tool - appreciate your comments! before i even bought my CB I was cruising the forums (lurking more like) and loved your ride (along with a select few others here.) I'm not too worried about getting a ticket or pulled over for no third brake light, I live in South Dakota and they are lax as crap when it comes to regulations and stuff (open header, etc) As for the wheels, yes they are a forest green. in bright daylight you can tell, but even just in the shadows they become almost black, at night they look pitch black.
I HATE YOU........ J/K love the car mang very nice touch on the overall look,by the way what tranny mounts did you use for the swap.
laz93se - i think i lost count on how many people hate me for my car hahaha. since i used the prelude transmission i was lucky enough to have it come with the prelude tranny mount. then i used washers on the drivers side mount to even it out. also, where are you located? just curious
tommi - thanks for the compliment, i hope you get your cruise figured out. i think i described it in the worst way possible. haha :P
