I've never understood how it can get dirty. I guess I'm lucky though. As to gas mileage, I've driven like 5 miles like that. So I have no clue. I will keep you all updated.

Ummm, to me for being lazy. I really need to do a good go over on everything. Windows, trim, wash, wax, seal. Needs it all. I'll try to get on that the rest of this week. IA is coming up so I'll definitely have it clean by then.

As for the 'oh shit' handles, I'm not exactly sure. 92-93's probably have them as well, seeing as the 91's have the same interior style as the sedan/coupe interiors (No power seatbelts among other things).
