When I have a full system in my car it weighs it down quite a bit. That, plus my weak F22A1 means that I don't have much in terms of performance. My front speakers provide enough kick for my liking anyway.

Everything is installed and it rides like a dream. Lower profile tires means it's also lower. Pics to come.

O yea w/the waggy back + A1 a system could be a problem. Esp. a full system. My 1st CB was really slow when I had 2 CVRs in the back... it was like 110# w/the amp. This new car is just as fast w/1 12" though.

If u have the $$$ u can get a decent set of 6x9 subs in the back. Namely CDT CL-69s. U get those, amp + lowpass em and it's like havin a sub...

Yeah, a 6x9 would be ideal. I'll look into that once I ditch the system completely. I love having tunes so I doubt I'll ever completely remove the radio though.

im ok only on here every now and then cuz i get bored and am broke....

on the retro no its still almost done. i got one done just need to seal it up and the other needs a little more jb weld and then paint. what about your retro have you started yet?

As to my retro, eh, no I haven't started. Did all of my suspension stuff this week which was the only time I've had chance to work on anything. I'll get on the Retrofit this upcoming week because after that school starts and I'll be swamped with stuff to do.
