dude, i have the same problem with my friends looking down on my car cuz its old and a honda. sure, it aint fast, but it willl be soon, if i ever manage to get H22 cash together...

my friends have cars such as a 97 prelude, 98 eclipse, 2000 impala, you know, that kind of thing. oh, and one guy just got a brand new monte SS withthe 5.3l V8, that car is AWESOME. it gets the same milage as me, too, which i didnt really understand, but whatever, mileage dont matter when you have power!

anyone know if a H22 swapped CB7 can beat a stock 2000 IS300? (thats the guy who usually gives me crap. dont like him.)

yea..gas mileage is gettin better on those v6's and v8s..the new corvette is gettin like 26 mpg i heard (what my auto teacher told me)

dude, the z06 is getting 16 city and 26 highway, and thats with a 427 cid (7liter) V8!! AND, it doesent have the displacement on demand or whatever its called. engines are coming a long way, i tell ya. i would love to have a z06 or somehting like that, it would be so awesome. it could be my daily driver, while the accord is a project!

well being as almost none of this thread is really about your car, and is well, pretty much a public PM, i just wanted to say that your car is hot, but you knew that cuz you cali guys got money, secondly i saw that you plan on "going turbo" are you going to run stock compression? if so i suggest you do NOT run e-manage(my friend just blew his ls/vtec teg on that system) you will need a better tune to prevent smoking that engine, trust me it SUCKS, lastly are your headlight from ebay?i mean i know you "pimped them headlights" but were they originally egay one pieces?

i feel better just putting some substance to this thread

i can answer, yes, they were, like the ones you get when you search 91 accord headlights, for example, i think his were the chrome ones. from his friend's buildup on his site, he took em apart, removed the chrome plastic thing, popped in the projectors and halos, and voila! i am trying something similar, but, i dont have all the stuff i need yet.

...i don't think i'd be running stock compression my friends at BlackTrax suggested that I should get the EMS over the E-manage, but since I don't have it installed yet, it's still all up in the air...

the headlights were originally eGay 1pc headlights... i was gonna go the with the JDM 1pc but none were available at the time (mind you that my first retrofit was about 3 or so years ago, now you can find JDM 1pc headlights EVERYWHERE! hahaha)
