put in my old cat
new o2 sensor
egr port/valve cleaned the wrong and wdm way.

thought of a valvecover design.



Going to paint it all red, mask the parts i want red, then spray it all white. Going to just apply decals of the bear and CALIFORNIA REPUBLIC because i dant draw for shit lol

thanks, it's going to be a learning experience with this valve cover. i like learning new things.

going to shave the valve cover, so I need an angle grinder.

new with me:

passed smog after switching out cat, egr port cleaning, o2 sensor
NOX before: 1400 and 783
NOx after : 200 and 173

HC and CO numbers were about 40pts below max, so I'm happy.

O2 took a nice drop from 2.2 to .1, guess egr is really working by squeezing every ounce of the exhaust.

also, installed this carmate license plate tilter i got at autobacs a while ago. painted it white, and had to drill holes for it to fit us-spec plates.

yea i was reluctant to put it on at first because i didnt like the dull metal finish it had, but white is nice!

i wanted to make a s2000 backyard special style license plate holder but thought it was too much work to bend metal and drill holes x.x

raised the car up for the trip to SF and put my enkei wheels back on. have 4 finger gap all around haha. so fun going up ramps.
