clean cbsev... i really like what you've done with the factory bumper. i've been waiting for the longest time to see how cutting out those middle pieces would look. it almost makes the front bumper look aftermarket. it looks pretty cool IMO. i'd get a few sheets of grill mesh though, paint em black... and mount some behind the grill and bumper. the black mesh will cover up some of the junk that was behind the grill/bumper, but yet still have that 'black hole' look. that's what i did to my front grill.

that SP exhaust looks good too.

Thanks. Yea, I have been looking for some grill mesh for a while. I had the same exact idea you gave me. Paint the grill mesh black, so it looks like the black void is there, but it will cover up some of the stuff behind the bumper. Once again, thank you, and I would like to say the car is a never ending project.

Sorry, no sound clips. It sounds good, though. Loud at the high RPM's (how I wanted it). Other than that, it is pretty smooth and fairly quiet.

Sorry, I can't get pictures with the rims on yet. The rims are at my house in Rockford, IL. Right now, I am in Kirksville, MO for college. When I go back home, I will put the rims on and get a picture of it. But, I can get a picture of the car from the side, showing the drop if you would like.

sure. and a pic of that front grill if you wouldnt mind. looks great. i like how you shaved out the emblem... ive been wanting to do it, but im too lazy.

how does the exhaust compare to the greddy evo, if youve ever heard it. a friend of mine has the evo, and it is so damn loud. even cruising on the freeway you gotta turn up the radio to drown out the muffler.

you can find the mesh at your local LOWES, or home depot for inexpensive, maybe $3.00 for a 3X4 sheet, as opposed to how much pep boys charge for a chrome plated little piece

Well, I've heard a Greddy Evo on a GSR, and it was pretty loud and growly. Mine is the exact opposite. It has a low tone, and it is pretty quiet. It's only loud around the high RPM's. Browne91coupe, thanks for the suggestion. I will check it out next time I'm at Lowes or Home Depot.

you can also find it on ebay... that's where i got mine from... they come in pretty big sheets too... just search 'universal grill mesh'.... and it should bring up quite a few matches.

Crawlin: I noticed you sized up with Yoko ES100 in a 215/45 .... I was thinking of going with that same size for my 17" rims I plan on getting. I figure 20mm wider & low profile would look bad ass & help me on corners since I'll be getting into road racing/autocrossin.

how they work for ya? I think i may go Potenza RE750s
