Thanks man, ya I wish ESP would come back, they put out great products. And you are correct I live in Florida, was up in Washington State for a bit.

The lower end is fully assembled, I am still trying to decide what I want to do with the head. I am either going to upgrade the valve train and cams or simply go oem. I lost some parts in the move so I have to require some items like the intake manifold, engine harness, and the movers destroyed my pronty 2 piece lip, so I am in the market for a new one.

So while I am trying to decide which route I want to go I am doing body work. Replacing all the bushing and doing a wire tuck on the engine bay. I found a couple wires in the engine bay that have been cut(not sure how) and trying to figure out where they go.

Its hard to do the wire tuck since I cant mock up where the wires go necessarily. Ill post more pictures later of some more of the progress I have.

Thanks to taking a look at my thread.

Damn I just gave away my f22 intake manifold a couple months ago, I would've given it to you for free just charge the shipping. Oh well.

Its all good, I have the top portion of it and some spare runners, I just need to find the bottom portion of the manifold. I believe I have a spare one at my parent's house which I am going to check later this week. Fingers Crossed.

As I was working on the passenger rear today fedex paid me a visit. Got the last part of the 5 lug conversion done.

            Here is the finished product:

I'll get a picture of the car on the ground in a could days. Have to finish up some work under the car.

I also installed the oil pan gasket and tightened the bolts. No need for pictures of that since it's not exciting.

I started working on the driver side wire tuck and just to slow down my progress I have found two wires that are broken. Not sure where they go since they are two different wire types and I can't seem to find the other ends. Maybe you guys can help me identify them.

            Here is the first one:

It's rather thick and im assuming it's a ground to somewhere. It's black with a yellow strip.

            The second one is this:

It's the small red one near the top just above the green wire on the left. I had an alarm system installed back in 2006 by best buy. Not sure if they clipped it or what. Any ideas?
Remember they are part of the driver side harness.

              Did a little work today.

I finished the 5lug conversion today:
Here is how the car sits now:

I also installed new valve stem seals, not sure if I really needed them but I want to try and replace everything that I can.

I started breaking down the spare h23 head I have. I was planning on using some valves from this head but all valves were a little bent. Not much, but more then enough for me not to chance it on this build. So I'll be buying all new valves.
Not sure if I'm going to go with supertech or just oem.

Here is a picture of my old intercooler I was going to go with and my newish greddy intercooler. Hopefully I can mount it.

Im good, I found another intake manifold I had stashed in a box. Thanks though for willing to help out a fellow member.

However, I just noticed in my drunken stuper, I installed the valve stem seals on the wrong side. I put the exhaust side seals on intake side and vise versa. Does anyone know if this will affect anything? I know the intake stem is .04mm bigger then the exhaust and also longer, but does this affect the stem seals. They both say the fit 6.6mm stems and the intake is 6.58mm and the exhaust is 6.54mm. Thoughts?

Yeah they are different, unfortunately you should swap them round. During high vacuum conditions your intake stems will be rattling around the exhuast valve stem allowing oil to pass through. Your exhuast stem seal on your intakes will wear too quick due to being too tight.

It sucks because I am not able to swap them without damaging them. So I may have just ate $20.00. I talked to a couple people and they said I should be fine. I'll keep an eye on the oil level and if any smoke come out of the exhaust. But I may just end up buying a new set and getting the piece at mind. I won't have the engine running for a while so I got plenty of time to decide on what path I want to take. Thanks Marcus for the feedback

So I have a minor set back. I was going to purchase supertech h23 valves. However after calling 4 stores, no one has them in stock and they are discountined parts. So now it looks like I'll have to spend an extra 250 dollars to get oem valves. The exhaust valves are $31.00 each....

Went to the junkyard today and got a new front bumper and engine harness for 65 bucks

Then also scored these. Super excited since it was way cheaper then oem or supertech and they are Bisimoto. Thanks Janet! They were literally the last set

Also started to mock up the mounting for the new intercooler, I'll cut up the support, make brackets and weld them onto the Intercooler. I used a grease pencil to mark where I need to cut, but it will have to wait til I get back from Japan in a couple months.

I am going to have to lose the fogs so look for those to go on sale.
Also I discovered where that thick black/yellow wire went. I was looking at the harnesses at the junkyard and it looks like it's the wire that goes to the washer reservoir. Since I don't have that i will cut it short, put a wire butt on it and identify it with some tape and clear heat shrink so I won't make this mistake again.

Also for all you wannabe Irish, happy ST. PATTYS DAY!! Everyone is Irish today

So my Bisimoto spec stainless valves came in. My wife took pictures for me since I. Wasn't sure if I'd be home to receive it. I got it shipped to her parents house. .
I'm really excited to get back to work on the head. They are coated and dish style. This was the last piece to get the head back together. Now on to the pictures.

I do have to admit, I was not impressed with the packaging since the valves weren't seperated between intake and exhaust so now I have to do measurements to figure out which one is which, but other then that im happy.

Well had a little free time today before I leave on Monday. I mounted the intercooler, however still have to get the top tab welded up and continue cutting up the bumper I haven't cut any of the bottom off of the bumper yet. Hence why its not fitting right and the lower portion is bolging out. . I probably should have taken the old bumper out of the engine bay before taking the picture. Oh well.

I would love to get a custom made bumper that allows the intercooler to have more airflow towards it. But money is tight so that will have to wait.

This will be my last update with pictures for about 2 months or so. But I did finish up the driver side wire tuck today.

I have identified all the plugs and wires except this one. Not sure what it goes to maybe you guys can help. It has 3 brown wires and one ground going to it:

I put the headlight back on and decided to take a picture of the front end with the front bumper and without:
