Yes, I already bleed it till the fluid came out, but it seems like the spring of the pedal is dead. But the spring feels strong enough. When I leave the spring off, the pedal will come up. Do you feel the pressure in the pedal or the pressure of the spring? I mean, how much pressure will there be on the pedal without the spring? Do you have to push real hard with the hand?

I got mine from Dutchaccord, a guy here in Holland. They used to be a part of a CBR motorcycle.
I know it'll look great, and just the sound of it, damn

                *Update*

Probably found the problem with the clutch.
The fork won't come back. I'm trying to start her up tomorrow and see what will happen

                  *Update*

Tried to start her up today. The fork is working properly but now the starter died
So now I have to return the starter to the junkyard and then I'll get a new one probably this week

                      Yeah,

this one is especially for Japanese carparts and all the parts are tested. If the stuff ain't working properly, you'll get a new one.

when you removed the auto shifter, u disconnected a big grey plug. snip the black and green/white wires and connect them together. in the picture, i had cut the matching reverse harness off of the shifter, leaving enough wire to splice to.

#2. hooking up the reverse lights
on top of the tranny is a reverse lights switch, it has a yellow and a green/black wire. they need to be connected directly to the wires of the same color on the shifter connector. agian, in the picture you can see two black wires coming from the right gegtting spliced in. they run through a hole in the firewall and connect to the wires on top of the transmission.

                        #3. neutral safety switch
there was a brown 2-pin connector that went to the old shifter. the easy way to do it is cut the connector off and splice the two thick wires together (solder them!). or if you need to do it the "right" way to pass inspection, follow the diagram below. the "clutch interlock switch" is the switch that gets pressed when the pedal is put all the way to the floor, it has a yellow 2 pin connector. wire colors are indicated in the diagram.

Today I got bored and did mine.
I did the same as mentioned in #1 in bold yellow.
So tomorrow it will be plug and play, I hope.

I have also got a new starter now after driving two days for it because they gave me the wrong one
So I had to drive twice

I started her up last Friday and she sounds as mean as hell
The CB is now for the yearly roadworthy check. They are also bleeding the clutch and the brakes because when I was towed I didn't have any pressure. I'll probably have her back tomorrow and then I can take her for a spin
