Long shutter speed with a flash looks like to me...

notice the shadow in the bottom center of the photo, lens shadow

Yup long shutter speed with flash set on rear (I think set on rear...)

J-Spec spent a while explaining this to me once.

Flash on rear should be that the flash pops at the end of the shutter cycle, not the beginning....
