This weekend's project: putting that new carpet in.
Icky.
Found hints of rust and moisture. Since the wagon is completely the wrong...

Okay, now that is bad ass. Definitely worth overlooking any small reliability or safety shortcomings it might have, so long as you lower it on Torq Thrusts before handing him the keys....

I HATE minivans!!! Haha. Cops keep such an obviously close eye on me in my RSX, to the point where I actually moved out of a city because of it, while my friend would speed and do all sorts of crap right...

To just serve as reliable transport, I'd go with a newer Honda that has less than 100k miles on it. Especially if you care about safety, even my '02 RSX has passenger & side airbags and much better...Last edited by CyborgGT; 01-22-2021, 07:11 AM.

It's set somewhere in that pedal free play area after the rod is fully extended out of the master cylinder with the pedal released. I think before I left it last night, I threaded the rod back into that...Last edited by CyborgGT; Yesterday, 10:22 AM.

Photo's not working for me.
But I did recently see this on IG, and if I was going to drive mine in the winter (I keep forgetting that I'm refusing to), I'd be tempted to copy it as something...Last edited by CyborgGT; 01-18-2021, 11:44 PM.

So the trans conversion is finally driving. At first, there was an issue with the clutch pedal/master cylinder travel not allowing the clutch to disengage. The car could still be...

This car is too well sorted. I'm especially loving those taillights - those are modified red/clears, aren't they? Wish I could do something similar to the wagon's.

I found a full 90/91 fog system years back as well, even though I prefer the face-lifted bumper. I only sold the lights themselves. And now that I scored 92/93 fogs that were lacking the switch and harness,...

I'd fallen off video games beforehand, and have gotten back into that a little bit in 2020; not sure how I feel about that. I read a lot less, because I used to go out to lunch all the time and take a...Last edited by CyborgGT; 01-11-2021, 05:30 AM.

I ran into some tedious mini-jobs getting it done, but the swap was actually easier than I thought it would be before I started.

I've been thinking about it for the RSX, since it's been so long since I've detailed that car's interior and it really needs it. Maybe it's something to do to both cars at once this summer.

It was actually really nice out today while the sun was still up, so I took the opportunity to clean the new carpet in case it's a while before I get another day like this. Here it is just after a thorough...

I've never been crazy about seeing real photographs on the covers of books, because it seems harder to incorporate titles and the author's name without it coming off as a low-budget effort. And I just...

Adventures in old car wiring...
What a fire hazard. All the plastic is hardened, and snaps when you try to move it around. I just patched...Last edited by CyborgGT; 01-04-2021, 02:27 AM.

A wagon appeared at one of the junkyards, so I went to see if it had anything I wanted. I'm really needing a cargo privacy cover, but no luck yet. Turns out the car's interior was in beautiful condition,...Last edited by CyborgGT; 01-03-2021, 09:30 PM.

HASport finally made a trans mount for our cars, after it was just a 2-mount kit for so long, so I've been thinking that eventually I'll switch to those just so I can get the softer 62A urethane. The...

At least Innovative looks to have all the mounts we could need, as well as the traction bar. And honestly, while I'm glad I got the ESP parts while I could, Innovative's quality is probably better. And...
