So the slave pin, I measured 2 inches when it was compressed, I pressed the pedal and it moved 1 inch. But the thing looks pretty much maxed out, is it really supposed to move 2 inches?...

Yeah I think it is the problem also man. I am measuring i think even little more than 1/8 in difference. Measuring 1.5 in on exedy one. And measuring just under 1.75 in on the stock. Which by the way...Leave a comment:

Got the trans back down. Comparing the pressure plates. So the teeth do seem to be in different positions. On the stock one, the teeth stick out past the plate. And on the Exedy one, the teeth sit lower...Leave a comment:

I have not started taking it down yet, but yes I usually leave the clutch fluid line connected to the slave so that it stays pressurized, and just unbolt it, set it to the side.

The flywheel I have is the same brand as Edgar's. Except his came with a pilot bearing and this one came with a pilot bushing.

Update: Flywheel was not the issue. Stock one made no difference. Same exact thing again. I was testing on the jackstands. Engine on. I was able to put the trans in gear, disengage/engage the clutch several...Leave a comment:
