You'd have to do it the same way you would on a web browser. At the moment, we don't have any special features for mobile devices, and we don't have an option to upload photos (though that may change... not sure when.) You'd need to upload a photo to another photo host, copy the source URL of the photo, and post it with the image tags (or just click the little "post image" icon.)
