Easiest way to explain (taken from wikipedia):

A Tiptronic transmission can operate in the same manner as a conventional type of automatic transmission, but the "Tiptronic" mode also allows the driver an additional method of manually overriding the automatic shift changes, by moving the shift lever into a second "Tiptronic" shift gate, equipped with two spring-loaded positions: "upshift" and "downshift". Once the lever is in this gate, the driver takes over most of the gear shifting decisions, which would ordinarily be performed by the transmission's computer, permitting, for example, the delaying of an upshift for increased acceleration, or to increase the effect of the engine braking.

the SiR-T trim was available in the CF4 Accord and Torneo.

the SiR was the automatic version (tippy tronic) and had 20PS less then it's manual brethren.

i.e. Cams, pistons, intake mani, etc..

all the head internals are the same as the h22 along with the intake and exhaust mani's, but the block is totally different, you cant buy any off the shelf piston/rod/or crank you have to have em custom made or if you want to buy new oem parts you can go here http://www.autodynamics-honda.com/, but youll have to email them about parts since they dont have them listed
