I used the f22B head. Same as the h23a1. I'm assuming your talking bout the vtec head? Yeah you'll have oil passage way issues. Nd bore sizes are different. If your talking bout the non vtec, you shouldnt have issues with it lining up oil passages. The procedure for the timing belt isn't that hard actually

Ok. There 2 ways to go bout the timing belt issue. I used f22a waterpump,h23 lower crank timing belt sprocket. Nd I'm running the GSR timing belt. Fits perfect! That's a decent size turbo. Mines a 60trim aswell 82 a/r.
