Oem luggage carrier?

Looks to me like a GM luggage carrier. I've seen these on buicks, olds mobiles, cavaliers... Could be a universal unit... Never seen one on a Honda before.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Pretty sure it was only a dealer installed option for 90 and 91s in the Usdm. Not sure about around the world.

I need to go track down the Charcoal Granite 9091 EX-R sedan here in town I spotted a little while ago with the OEM luggage rack.

There is an OEM one as an option, the brochures show them.

i have never seen a luggage carrier on a car being used. I know right!
