Middle console gauge pod.....

Here's my most recent project on my cb7, a middle console gauge pod. Since I'm boosting, I need a place to put some gauges in, but I don't want to give myself away or to be considered a ricer. I'll be updating them as I progress some more, maybe I'll add a second gauge pod...

Cool. I was wondering if you were gonna do them up top when I read the title. I am still trying to find a place to put a stupid digital gauge that I bought. I figured it would be a small digital panel, and easy to put somewhere, but that didnt quite work out as well as I thought. I tried to locate them above/under the radio, but no cigar since its supported by that stupid piece. How easy is it to read the gauges? That was my only problem with making a thing down there, wasnt sure if I would even be able to see them.

I can see just fine....I'll take a pic of where my eyes are while I'm drive(not really driving) so you can get an idea what I see. Kinda hard to see at night with the light bulb I choose and color of that bulb...I'm gonna change that to whit maybe.

i like it, it looks good, nice placement

Mine or the other guy's? I'm still working on mine and the gauge is tilted to the driver and the other guy's gauges are there, correct me if I'm wrong. BTW, your's looks good too...

Still deciding what is a good gauge to put in the second hole.....maybe A/F ratio?

Boy, I haven't visited this thread in ages....hopefully I can smooth it out and lay fiber glass over it....plus add an emblem. it will look tight!
