The only call centers around here do stupid shit like medicare, best buy and taxes. Who calls Customer Service for Toys'R'Us?? No one. I'd be surprised if they have overwhelming days outside of Christmas. I hate call center work. I'd do it if it were for something like that. I already suck on the phone and at typing; I don't need some boss on my ass for not being fast enough, lol.

my call center day can be a living hell.
See most of my customer sign up for a "free" credit repport or score, not reading into it. Its only free for the trial, and then it charges them. We tell this on the website and the email thats sent out. I then talk them out of canceling out of it. The more saves, the more money.
