    Just so people can know, what kind of care do you give to your sideskirts now?

    Is is the same polishing/wax procedure as the rest of the paint or is it a softer approach?

                  a good while. i painted some moldings on a civic 5 years ago and they're still hangin tough. later.

                          the guy from my body shop told me that you can access the door moldings by removing the inside door panels.
                          i dont know if this works for our cars.

                            According to type G, there's some strong adhesive tape holding the moldings on to the door in addition to the stuff that's holding them on from inside I think. He says we're better off just painting them on the car because they can be damaged during removal.

                              yes you access the bolts by taking off the door panels

                              and yes there is double sided tape and they are a bitch
                              its doable but tricky, as for the clips....say goodbye to all of them lol

                                im gonna have to remove the moldings on my car, but how about when putting them back on?
