got pulled over this morning. and he wrote me up for speeding..


he followed me from yucaipa to redlands on the 10 westbound. pulls me over, he says "let me just tell you why I pulled you over. I pulled you over because you were going 75 on a 65 posted, and you were tailgaiting that truck in front of you!" I said " sir, I was not even tailgaiting that truck." he says "alrite, enough with the attitude, I was just gonna let you go on a warning, but now I'm gonna write you up a ticket. so I threw my DL card on the pass. seat, and he says "na ah. hand it to me". so I handed it to him and he went to his car and came back with a citation. So I said to him, "you ain't got nothing better to do?" and he said "I can't hear you. what did you say?" I screamed at him "YOU AIN'T GOT NOTHING BETTER TO DO?!" AND HE SAID nope.

So, to make a long story short, I was about 20-30 yards away from the truck in front of me and I was going 75. but I'm gonna fight it. hear me out.................


He did not check my registration papers and my insurance at all. I signed "john doe" on the signature. he put my car down as an 88 accord. as inaccurate as he was, not checking for insurance, registration, double checking signatrure, and writing down the wrong year of the vehicle, how can I be sure that from his angle, which was directly behind me, he can tell that I was tailgaiting the truck? How can he be sure that I was going 75? he didn't even get me down on radar. with his small mistakes that he made on the citation and neglecting to check for registration and insurance, how can I be sure that he didn't mistaken my distance from the vehicle in front of me? nor my speed?? I think this is another case of stereotyping because I have a lowered honda with an exhaust.

i dont know anywhere in the ie but there is a place down here in orange county. there called mag masters. they repair, polish, and powder coat rims. they do really good work too. im not to sure on prices but i could check them out for you if you would like.

Is engine flush that bad for our Honda? Before that report, its been back and fourth from what I heard about flushing the engine or tranny. Can someone clarify it for me? Thanks
