2 hours back in hi, and then you came back here when day light hit so now you're only 1 hour advanced , not so bad.

i thought hawaii was a 3hr difference? i used to harass my homegirl with early morning phone calls cause i used to get to work at 7am in the morning and its 4am there lol

I felt a tad sick for the past 3 days. Running 2 miles today somehow made me feel better. I guess I was groagy from not working out and just eating a lot over the weekend lol.

Discipline guys, discipline, you slip once and you'll just quit doing anything.
