Question For those with HID kits

    If you want it to look clean and unnoticed, you could mount it behind the bumper like I had mine mounted. When you look under the hood you see no evidence of a HID kit.

      yea ive seen that its clean looking too i was just gonna write that too. i just seen a pic of it.

        if you are will to remove the bumper, it is worth it. It also leaves the little space that you have under your hood for other stuff that you may want to be visible. Besides, what else are you going to put behind your bumper...besides an intercooler.

            Bringing up the dead thread... just wondering if any1 within these 3 years of this thread, has found a more convenient place to secure the ballast?

                Not sure of the DS one, but ive seen the PS one just behind the battery.

                  still not having a good place to put those ballasts, seems like the best option is taking down the bumper and look for a place!

                    i've got the ps ballast behind the bumper where the black air thing used to be and th ds ballast is on the fender wall behind all that stuff theres a nice spot, it wont get wet

                        lol where your CC is at, to the right of the engine mount where the wheel well starts, im pretty sure theres an empty space there or mabye its cause i removed somthing, but im sure i didnt
