These are experiments gone wrong, years back they made glow in the dark mice. then (as Visual poet pointed out) they made glow in the dark cats. I suspect to catch the glowing mice. Now they have the glow in the dark dogs to catch the glow in the dark cats!!!!!LOL!!!!
