    straightedge : 1993 Accord LX

    1993 Accord LX Sedan

So, I've been around Accords since I was 16 so I've got quite the repertoire of performance builds/modifications. This vehicle did not start out anywhere near what it is now as most of its parts were donated from my old blue sedan (rip). This was an automatic and I bought it for 400 bucks and drove it back from 30min south.

It needs a tune as it's "street legal" and still tuned for race gas. She doesn't get driven and I'm currently unemployed so the project is @ a standstill but hopefully that changes in the near future. On with the modlist to the best of my abilities.

    Engine:
    F22A6 (250k miles)
    No AC/PS/Emissions

    -Cylinder Head:
Delta camshaft (ha on specs, no clue)
    KMS ti-springs and retainers
    New valve guides/seals
    Stock port and stock valves

    -Cylinder Block
    Stock with a trillion miles
Bearings/seals are new, but that's it

    -Turbo (and supporting mods):
    Holset HX35 (iirc)
    Custom one-off manifold
Custom 3" downpipe/exhaust exiting before rear wheels
Magnaflow muffler, no cat/resonator w/ vbands
2.5" aluminum custom IC piping with Precision FMIC
    750cc RC injectors
    H23 intake manifold, butterflies removed
    Tial 44mm wastegate
    Turbosmart manual boost controller

    -Misc Engine:
    Custom mounted half-size aluminum radiator
    Electric Fan
    Unorthodox Crank Pulley
Spoolin' Performance catch can (prob doesnt even work right tbh)
    Walbro 255lph

    Suspension/Brakes/Wheels:
    D2 coilovers
    Suspension Techniques F/R sway bars
    Upper/Lower strut tower bars
    Repaired/Rewelded Collective Racing traction bar
Rotor over Hub front conversion with Brembo blanks and Hawk Pads
    Brembo rear rotors, Hawk pads
    Goodridge steel lines all around
    ARP studs @ all corners
    ITR wheels re-powercoated with Kumho tires ( <3 )

    Exterior:
Brown, dents, scratches, a little rust

    Interior:
Brown/Red/dirty, no stereo just 2 gauges that fly around @ high speeds, relocated battery is somehow stable in the trunk I guess.

    Specs:
402whp/325wtq on last tune @ ~20psi with race gas

So ya, question? comments? flames? whatev, i haven't been around a lot obv over the last couple years. But fuck ya for still having the highest recorded HP for a stock block F22A, ship that shit imo

I can agree with that. My paint jobs is faded and disgusting, and my wife keeps bugging me to paint it, but I'd rather be fast than have a "sweet" looking ride.

lol ya that coupe was clean, but it was H and i honestly don't like h-series N/A vs a f-series boosted it just isn't anywhere close to as exhilarating. glad to see you're still around, i disappeared for quite a while but hope to back in it soon, just gotta find employment
