iz is the blk housed master, if you can crack it open im painting it, i remember my first headlight blk house, the whole puttin it in the oven was crazy, i just had to try it, and she came apart with ease.
the more i blk house/crack shit open, the easier it gets.

[QUOTE=j-rhay;2578114]whats the worst case scenario if i go wrong with my headlights? my lights are 9091[/QUOTE
there arent too many things that can happen that are bad while doing this.
ill list a few bad things tho
1. you make a mistake and put it on broil instead of bake and mess up the housing and thus the entire light and have to replace it
2. you forget to remove the corner light housing and melt that out of shape.
3. you drop it on the ground and break the lens and hav to buy a new light.
4. you pull it apart too early and snap the housing
so basically if you follow the videos instructions you should be fine =]
just be patient with it and take your time =] and you got this!

220 seems kinda low. i have always had the temp at 300 to preheat, then i would lower it to 275 and BAKE for 10-15 minutes. the glass or plastic(depending on the headlight) comes off with relative ease. never had much of a problem that resulted in me needing to put it back in the oven more than once

i might blackhouse my brothers cb7 head lights and maybe make a video of the progressOriginally posted by royalaccord92 View PostI've seen this video before and although it's good it doesnt seem very relevant to our headlights other than the oven and pulling apart. I'd like to see what all need's to be taken off our's before the oven.
if anyones interested
