Damn I hate being "the kid." Duane (the boss) walks in, he must have a huge stick up his ass today boy. I am counting fixtures for Timbercreek (a huge multi story multi building high school) to order them, I am almost done, just started building 7, 9 buildings total. When we count for the order I have to check voltages for ballasts, ceilings for trims and such, wall/ceiling mount pending guards/boxes and stuff. So he goes are you doing any work or just looking at colors? What the hell is that. Do you walk into your son in laws office and ask him the same question. Or do you ask me that question because I’m “the kid.” I go I started these fixtures yesterday and am gonna be done today, plus I have worked on your change order, and dealt with Glenn's two whiney 15 minute long phone calls about a box. Where is my god damn raise before you start talking to me like that.
