Just got back from the doctor/chiropractor, My neck shouder and left arm has been in so much pain, that I could hardly stand, laying in bed to sleep, forget about.I'm not going to lie, this has dam near brought me to tears 
. Well the Dr just gave me a wonderful birthday present,
thats basically what the xrays showed, where the opening should be for the nerves is closed just like that and thats where the pain is coming from. He basically said it is the start of degenerative osteoarthritis, what a way to celebrate a birthday,
DAM Now he got me out of work until we can get the pain to stop, plus I will have to be on restrictions when ever I do go back, no heavy lifting, or anything like that, Thats going to be hard considering I'm a IRON WORKER/WELDER.
