              We don't get a 530i.

But, the 535i has 300hp... the 535xi has 300hp and is AWD.

I dont like Edmunds. Most of their information is misposted or inaccurate, or you just cant read anything due to the clusterfuck of adds.

There are 2 versions of this engine, at least here in the states. There was the 255HP version sold in the 330i, but it had a dual stage IM. This engine was retired when the 330i became the 335i, and without the dual stage IM, it is left producing 230HP, hence the 230HP 328i.

Also, as far as "peak torque" goes, this number is misleading. This engine actually makes peak or very close to peak torque over a very broad RPM range. This is for a simple reason. Peak torque occurs at the point of highest volumetric efficiency. Since Valvetronic allows valve timing, and lift to be infinitely varied over a large RPM band, creating peak volumetric efficiency over a large RPM band, that is why it has the torque curve it does. Interstingly, everyone likes to smash on i-VTEC for being over rated, but Honda has come pretty close to this using regular old i-VTEC. AVTEC should improve it to a degree similar to Valvetronic, the main difference being that AVTEC will be less cumbersome mechanically, and will thus allow high revs, where Valvetronic is pretty much tapped out by 7,000. That is why you don't see Valvetronic on the M engines.

that's true, because it says that CB7's have a 17 gallon gas tank.
as far as i know, my car cant get past 13 gallons.

All CB's have 17 gallon tanks.

I believe all CD's do as well.
