I was looking at close to a 1,000,000 dollars and we lowered the number, but they wouldn't give and kept lowballing us.

so they said 250,000 final offer or else we will see them in court.

i thought about it, and now im taking it to court.

it was tempting, to be able to walk out with a check for 250,000 dollars.

but now im going for more, so i can still save some and buy this

im suing the gas station on the basis of negligence because 2 other white people go beat up that night but escaped by running away.

i found police reports that showed this place was breeding ground for anti-white extremists.

quotes were found on the inside security camera saying.

the (black) store clerk stopped the outside video cameras that afternoon before the event occured.

no phone calls were made by the clerk to 911, but apparently she stated to police she called the CCC (whatever that means) to clear a large crowd in the parking lot. Thats the Gas Station's lawyers defense. lol

An officer happened to be driving by (as stated in the report, he was not on call) and saw something in the parking lot and came over. thats when they left, and tried to chase my friend and I in the cb (obviously they couldn't catch)
