    CB7less

Sad but true, I will be without a CB7 after this weekend. I made the decision to sell my fast build 92 Rosewood Accord.

I'd like to say that I've been on tons of forums from my 65 Galaxie forum to multiple BMW forums and I'd have to say that this has been the most short lived fun site I've been on. So with that said, I'll still hang around but probably wont be an active member. Hope you guys enjoyed having me as much as I enjoyed being here.

Dunno what's going to replace the CB7 yet, but I'm looking. I'll let you guys know.

    Peace.

P.S. For anyone located in the Tri-Cities TN area, FTR Motorsports will be hosting a car show on the 25th of Sept from 3-whenever. Should be a nice turnout.. I'm judging and doing registration so any CB7 peeps that may turn out there shout out to me.. I'll be the dude with the laptop and spiked hair..

    Later guys!!

Sorry to see you go... You've been a good member of the board! How come you're selling, anyway? I know you have the BMW and all, but why not keep the CB7 for fun? When I'm finally making some money, I hope to keep my project alive. Granted, I'll have better, faster, and probably nicer looking cars as well, but the CB7 is my first project.

Thanks Deevergote.. you've been one of the best admins I've seen. That's not typical with the import crowd, but Accord owners seem to be different than most and don't fit that sterotype.

I'm torn parting with it.. I didn't have her long enough to really get to know her. I do have a lead on a 88 LX HB Accord that I may pick up. But I'm looking at an Rx-7 right night and I need the equity that's in the Accord.

I love cars too much.. I don't usually keep them too long. Long enough to build and sell. Gotta keep nice cars on the road cause there's a need for it ya know. I'll probably still hang out though..

I'm still thinking about telling the kid that the car wont start or something just so he doesn't want it. But I can't do that to him. He was estatic when I sold it to him.

I've got so many irons going right now, keeping the Accord is probably the most sensible thing to do, but I'm senseless.

                      Thanks.

As for the 88, it's a great car for a project... Carb'd, but still good. Convert to FI, turbo that iron block, and be faster than a stock EVO

                          alright.. I found my replacement.

I was thinking of a 91 RX-7, but they are all ragged out. Then I was thinking 88-91 Mustang LX cause they have good potential to be hella fast..

But I'm going with another Euro. An e30 325is 2dr 5-Spd. Find a sweet deal on a low mileage car, 2200 for a car with 70k on it. I've always wanted an e30.

Hopefully it'll turn out like this, minus the silver mesh grill on the bottom:
