didn't you hear? you gotta pay a premium for 89' civics now that gas is over 4 bucks a gallon lol. But maybe it is true? since the price of SUV's has gone down DRAMATICALLY in the past couple of months, the cost of small compact good gas mpg cars has gone up? possibly?
