          Technically Nazi's were just Germans. The National Socialist party was a German party. Not all Germans were Nazi's however.

          Also, Sieg Heil is a fairly harmless phrase meaning simply "Hail to Victory" that was embraced by the Nazi's, for obvious reasons. Its a very similar situation as with the Swastika, which was a very prevalent religious symbol before its adoption by the Nazi's.

              I just think its dumb to keep bringing its relationship with Nazis up. Its not relevant, and he was just speaking German. Its previous usage should be unimportant. Im sure others have used that phrase as well, probably to convey the same meaning.
