LS-1 swap

I just found this. Take a look.
Still a work in progress..... a 27 week work in progress lol. Anyway, its an 02 LS-1, with the T56, and ford 8.8 with a 3.55 Posi, Tein Flex, and Sportmax's that are powder coated. They actually have a heavy metallic in them, but iphone camera doesnt pick it up. The car will be painted whenever its finally finished. I havent decided if it will be white, silver, or the corvette Cyber Grey.

Oh, hell no. That's not my car. It belongs to someone who lives next to me. That's to much power. I think I would kill myself. If it was a bigger car I would love to have it.

I belive it has been done, or was that a small block chevy? I unno. which motor was it again? the cb that was on ebay tons of times...

An LS-1 is a small block chevy just the newest generation. Now Vettes have the LS-3 & LS-9. The LS-1 & LS-6 came first then the LS-2 & LS-7.

ive already seen a LS1 civic hatch, pointless but still seen it.

Cost, my friend. Cost. The LS1 is far more common, and far cheaper, than the LS6. When is the last time YOU saw a Z06 or CTS-V parted out?

i believe you can also convert a LS1 to LS4, you just need heads, cam and other stuff. LS1's are a dime a dozen too, they come in everything.
