make lunch free and available on premises, because i know when im hungry i get highly agitated with everything, and if i feel like im being rushed on a lunch brake i take even longer. and if your company cant afford to make it free, have a chef on premises that cooks GOOD food, not cafeteria food.

Offer bonuses for increased productivity in individual departments, that way, individuals get rewarded for working, and the people that don't are not receiving rewards off of other's hard work.

Hire supervisors that actually give a shit about their employees to make the weeks fun. Have contests between departments, and theme days or casual days when appropriate.
