Is this true, a stock turbo F22B?

While browsing through the web i bumped into a f22b that was turbo apperently it looks stock

Honda Turbos can be found in Japan in the Sub-sub-sub-subcompact market such as the City. Stock F22 turbo? Someone's pulling your leg.
