i dont know why they automatically add themselves sometimes, but i make it my business to go through and delete all of those, as well as my profile visitor messages.

^I like seeing which threads I've posted in and which I haven't, that's the only reason for me. How do you delete the profile visitor messages, it sorta seemed like both parties would have to delete them? I guess I'm wrong
