PSP vs Itouch vs Archos vs ???

Help. I'm mainly looking for a web-browser, but enjoy playing games also. Not looking to pay monthly for any service at all. So, anyone who OWNS something like this, post up! Not looking for opinons, but rather facts and reasons as to why one is better than the other.

the ipod touch is the most versicle and the easiest to browse the internet, plus the games are top notch!, but the psp has that hands down imo.

hack psp so you can view flash videos(youtube, google video, etc) then get the wipeout game and do the internet dns for it. free internet anywhere you want.

as easy as that sounds, to some people it's highly confusing and probably enough to discourage them.

well, i got an ipod touch in october, and i love the little thing. i use it mostly for music, but the latest firmware updates really improved it's wifi capabilities - the web browser loads pages faster, and it keeps a more reliable connection.

as far as web browsing goes on the itouch, i'd have to give it a 7/10. now, this is in comparison to using a standard browser on a computer. what sucks the most about it is scrolling on pages. as cool as the touch capabilities are, the novelty wears off quickly, and you're going to find yourself wishing you didn't have to look like such a tool scrolling your fingers across the screen and pinching/pulling in public just to check cb7tuner.

as far as games go, i haven't paid for any of them yet; but some of the free games are pretty good, as far as casual gameplay goes. i didn't get this thing to play games, i got it to play music on the go. and for that, it does it's job quite well. it's also great for movies. the screen is fantastic for a handheld device; and i'm sure it beats most other handheld devices without question - all-in-one phones (save for the iphone, which is basically the same device), maybe even the psp - i haven't played one in ages, and can't compare the screen because i honestly can't remember how well it stacks up.

by the way, as far as games on the psp go, you rarely hear anything about them these days. ds has a far better library, imo.

a.k.a. telephone GPS ipod touch.

get an ipod touch. the app store is your best friend. not only that, but jailbroken, third party apps are great too.

Id say the psp i had one that was all fucked up so i trashed it . I hacked into that shit with everything i then got the blank screen with no way to flash it back so basically it was junk. It wasnt even worth it on spare parts. Its a good handheld system i kept on playing it until the shit fried itself lol.

Tell me about it but i love to hack bro... free games. Games across the nation that havent even came out yet or that will never come out. I still got three of them left Not sure what to do with them since i have the ps3 now. I gave one to my nephew and shit the others car collecting dust. I knew the person who took it out of the trash was highly disappointed.lol

Yeah the big one is good with its old firmware easy to hack into. As for the slim one once it falls or something gets broken its gone thats it. It sucks though ive heard more and more shit about the slim than i did with the fat psp.

But sony was trying to do all kinds of shit to make sure that they dont get hacked into. Kinda like a pre-emptive software that makes sure you cannot hack into. I tried shit from the pandoras box battery and all that. I even made phonecalls with my psp no bullshit for free using the wlan switch
